The new reality poses both a challenge and an opportunity as people seek balance, integrity and community values in a complex world that knows no boundaries.
Frances Lankin became President and CEO of the United Way of Greater Toronto in September, 2001. An ardent and passionate advocate for social justice, she has been a strong and respected force on community and social issues for many years. Ms. Lankin served for more than ten years as MPP for Beaches-Woodbine, and held several cabinet portfolios, including Health and Economic Development & Trade.
