Frances Lankin became President and CEO of the United Way of Greater Toronto in September, 2001. An ardent and passionate advocate for social justice, she has been a strong and respected force on community and social issues for many years. Ms. Lankin served for more than ten years as MPP for Beaches-Woodbine, and held several cabinet portfolios, including Health and Economic Development & Trade.
