Since 1992, The Canadian Club of Toronto has presented its Canadian of the Year Award to distinguished Canadians whose efforts and example have improved the lives of others and benefited us as a nation. This year, Canada’s leading speaker’s forum is proud to celebrate the Men and Women of Our Canadian Armed Forces.
Please join us on Friday June 19th when the Honorable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence and Minister for the Atlantic Gateway, help us recognize the service and sacrifices of the Men and Women of Our Canadian Armed Forces around the world.
Guests at this luncheon will have the opportunity to sit and speak with Canada’s service men and women, as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces will be seated at every table.
In addition, our members and guests can choose to contribute to the Canadian Military Families Fund to support the families of our Canadian Forces. The Canadian Military Families Fund assists military families faced with unforeseen and often immediate needs that have resulted due to conditions of service.
