Sheila Wellington, President of Catalyst Inc., will present the results of the recently released 2001 Catalyst Census of Board Director’s of Canada. This is Catalyst’s second census of women board directors in the Financial Post 500. Using the numbers to dispel myths about women in the workplace, Ms. Wellington will demonstrate how far women have come, and how far they have left to go. She will reveal the major barriers women face today, and offer tips for both women and organizations to overcome these challenges.
