Minister Duncan will provide an update on new developments in Ontario’s electricity sector, and address how the government of Ontario is moving quickly to close the gap between electricity supply and demand in the province, with cleaner sources of energy. The Minister
will address topics such as:
1) Ontario’s requests for proposals for new generation, green power and conservation and what they mean for Ontario.
2) The changing face of Ontario’s electricity sector, including developments at the Ontario Power Authority.
3) The role of Ontario Power Generation in Ontario’s evolving electricity sector.
4) Updates on new electricity supply and conservation initiatives.
