On June 25th, The Canadian Club of Toronto and Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto will once again join forces to celebrate the achievement of individuals and organizations who have made an outstanding contribution to the cancer support community at the Third Annual Gilda’s Awards.
Help Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto honour the 2012 Gilda’s Award recipients Ron James, renowned Canadian comedian who has donated his time and talent to Gilda’s Club’s past events; award-winning actress and comedian, Andrea Martin, who co-starred in Godspell with Gilda Radner in 1972 and who has generously contributed her talent to the It’s Always Something Variety Show in the past; Tony Gagliano, who has been an extraordinary media partner of Gilda’s Club in his role as Executive Chairman and CEO of St. Joseph Communications; and the world-renowned cancer treatment centre, Princess Margaret Hospital represented by Dr. Mary Gospodarowicz.
Gilda’s Club will also recognize Briane Nasimok, Glenn Morley, and Lorne Frohman for their 10 years of dedication and extraordinary work on the annual It’s Always Something Variety Show, which helps to keep the signature red doors open.
