The Canadian Club of Toronto and The Learning Partnership are thrilled to announce the
5th Annual Take Our
Kids to Lunch on
November 7th!Hosted by students, for students, this year’s event will once again be an enlightening career experience
for
grade 9 students on Take Our Kids to Work ™ Day featuring:
Three grade nine 2012 Ultimate Dream Job Contest finalists paired with three well-known Toronto
personalities
who turned their ultimate dream jobs into reality:
- Alisha Tatham: 2012 Olympian and member of the Canadian Senior
National Basketball team
- Robleh Jama: Founder at Tiny Hearts, an award-winning app studio, and Busy Building
Things, a brand for people who make stuff.
- Dr. D.W. Zingg: Director of University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies
Hosted by: Anthony Farnell, Chief Meteorologist at Global Toronto
This event will provide an exciting lunch opportunity for grade nine students – so bring the kids, or call us to
donate tickets to local high schools.
