Partnering for the Future

One of Canada’s best-known artists, Albert Schultz co-founded Toronto’s celebrated Soulpepper Theatre Company in 1998. He has produced, directed and acted in many Soulpepper productions, and his other credits include appearances at the Grand Theatre, the Stratford Festival, and continuing roles on two CBC television series. In 2001 Mr. Schultz received the Joan Chalmers National Award for Artistic Direction.

Drawing from his own experience as the founding artistic director of the Soulpepper Theatre Company, Albert Schultz will speak to the need for, and efficacy of, synergy and partnership in the realization of potential. Specifically, he will address the role of the arts in society and the role of society in the arts.
