Energy Minister Dwight Duncan will speak about the McGuinty government’s plan for Ontario’s electricity system and the balance it strikes between the need for clean, reliable, sustainable and affordable power and the need to build a culture of conservation in Ontario. Minister Duncan will address the progress made on the government’s energy plan, some of the opportunities for investment the plan is creating, and how the plan is helping make Ontario stronger.
