2011 Edelman Trust Barometer

Last year’s Edelman Trust Barometer found that trust is an essential line of business to be built and fostered with utmost care.  But how have the events of the past year – both global and local – impacted the state of trust around the world and here in Canada?

How has the balance of trust shifted and what does this mean for your organization?  Which industries are most trusted now versus previous years and who is now the most credible spokespeople for a company? What are today’s key imperatives for building trust in a stakeholder – not just a shareholder – environment? What is seen as the most important action a company can take during a crisis – and who should solve it?

Please join us on Monday, February 14th when Richard Edelman, President & CEO, Edelman, presents the latest findings from The 2011 Edelman Trust Barometer – the most extensive global trust survey of opinion leaders aged 25 to 64 from 23 countries across five continents.  After presenting the global findings at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Richard will share his perspectives on the state of trust in Canada and the practical consequences for business, government and other major players.
